How do I present my ticket upon arrival at REXPERIENCE?

You can present your e-ticket on your smartphone.

Can I walk in and buy tickets at REXPERIENCE?

Yes, you may purchase tickets in person at our box office on the first floor of REXKL. However, please check our online schedule before dropping by as some show dates and times may vary.

Are there discounts or reduced rates for children and students?

Yes, REXPERIENCE offers discounted rates for children, students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (OKU). Our ticket prices are as follows:

Standard Tickets are for visitors without a MyKad such as international tourists, expatriates, and international students.
MyKad Tickets are for visitors with a MyKad such as Malaysian citizens, spouse visa holders, and MyPR card holders.
For clarification, Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia defines expatriates as “a skilled professional who is not a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia and the individual is allowed to work in Malaysia on a contract or temporary basis.” Immigration passes issued under this are:
  • Employment Pass (EP)
  • Residence Pass – Talent (RP-T)
  • Professional Visit Pass (PVP)
  • Dependant Pass (DP)
  • Long Term Social Visit Pass (LTSVP)
 
As for Permanent Residents, we can only verify and accept visitors with a MyPR card.
 
To enjoy these reduced rates, kindly present your ID, visa, student card, or OKU card at the entrance of RXP Hall. REXPERIENCE reserves the right to refuse these reduced rates to visitors without proper identification.
I'm planning a visit to REXPERIENCE with my kids. Do children get free admission?

Yes, children aged 2 – 6 can enjoy REXPERIENCE’s immersive art exhibit for free, but they must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Is there an age limit for entry?

Yes, we do not admit children below 2 years old due to the loud sounds and use of flashing lights.

What are the operation hours and time slots of REXPERIENCE?
  • Our standard operation hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    However, please be aware that REXPERIENCE hosts private and public events, during which the exhibitions will be closed.
  • Note that REXPERIENCE reserves the right to change operation hours at any time without prior notice.
    To ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding our hours and any specific time slots for visiting, we strongly recommend checking our updated opening hours through here.
  • Our daily showtimes are from 10am to 10pm by the hour except on Monday for maintenance purposes from 10am – 4pm.
Can I change the admission date and time after purchasing tickets?

No, admission dates and times cannot be changed after tickets have been purchased.

I purchased tickets but can't attend. Can I cancel or get a refund?

No, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, transfer of ticket ownership is allowed.

How long is the “Twilight” immersive art exhibition?

The “Twilight” exhibition lasts one hour and includes three main immersive art shows with interludes in between each presentation.

What is the difference between the Live Performance and the Regular shows?

The difference between the Live Performance and the Regular shows is that the Live Performance show includes a live dancer who will be wearing a special suit with motion detectors which then will capture the dancer’s movements and it will be projected in the art as well during the third exhibit, “Escape”. While the regular show does not include the live dancer.

PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
What payment methods can I use to buy tickets at REXPERIENCE?

We accept cash, debit or credit cards, and e-wallets subject to operational conditions.

Will I receive a receipt for my ticket purchase?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt along with your tickets.

Does REXPERIENCE charge any additional fees, such as handling fees?

Yes, any additional fees are already included in REXPERIENCE ticket price.

VENUE RULES AND GUIDELINES
Can I bring food and drinks into the venue?

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not permitted.

Are there any specific restrictions or prohibitions inside REXPERIENCE’s immersive art gallery?

Yes.

  • Any activities that may disturb other audiences are strictly prohibited such as running around the hall, making loud noises, and etc.
  • Audiences are not allowed to be on the stage area.
  • Do not use the fire exit doors unless during emergencies.
Are there any warnings that I should be aware of inside REXPERIENCE’s immersive art gallery?

Please be aware that REXPERIENCE features intense visuals, including flashing lights and loud sounds, which may affect those with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions. 

Viewer discretion is advised.

Can I re-enter the venue after exiting to REXPERIENCE hall?

Once you’re inside the REXPERIENCE art gallery, you can stay for an hour based on your reserved visiting time. However, re-entry is not allowed except for use of the toilet.

What should I do if the purchase confirmation email was not delivered?

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact us at boxoffice@rxpkl.com.

I've bought tickets online for the immersive art exhibition at REXKL but can't arrive on time. What should I do?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your reserved visiting time. Late same-day entries will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis only for the same show category.
