Yes, you may purchase tickets in person at our box office on the first floor of REXKL. However, please check our online schedule before dropping by as some show dates and times may vary.

Are there discounts or reduced rates for children and students?

Yes, REXPERIENCE offers discounted rates for children, students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (OKU). Our ticket prices are as follows:

I'm planning a visit to REXPERIENCE with my kids. Do children get free admission?

Yes, children aged 6 and below can enjoy REXPERIENCE’s immersive art exhibit for free, but they must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Is there an age limit for entry?

Yes, children above 2 years old are allowed to enter the venue, provided they are under parent or legal guardian supervision at all times. We do not admit children below 2 years old due to the loud sounds and use of flashing lights.

What are the operation hours and time slots of REXPERIENCE?
  • Our standard operation hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    However, please be aware that REXPERIENCE hosts private and public events, during which the exhibitions will be closed.
  • Note that REXPERIENCE reserves the right to change operation hours at any time without prior notice.
    To ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding our hours and any specific time slots for visiting, we strongly recommend checking our online schedule or our Instagram page (@rxp.kl).
  • Our daily showtimes are from 10am to 10pm by the hour except on Monday for maintenance purposes from 10am – 4pm.

No, admission dates and times cannot be changed after tickets have been purchased.

No, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, transfer of ticket ownership is allowed.

How long is the “Piying Dream” immersive art exhibition?

The “Piying Dream” exhibition lasts one hour and includes three main immersive art shows with interlude between each presentation.

What payment methods can I use to buy tickets at REXKL?

We accept cash, debit or credit cards, and e-wallets.

Will I receive a receipt for my ticket purchase?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as your receipt.

Does REXPERIENCE charge any additional fees, such as handling fees?

Yes, any additional fees are already included in REXPERIENCE ticket price.

Can I bring food and drinks into the venue?

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, you won’t be short of options. REXKL, where REXPERIENCE is located, offers a variety of food and drink choices. Plus, we’re in the heart of Chinatown Kuala Lumpur, which is known for its abundant dining options.

Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not permitted.

Are there any warnings or prohibitions inside REXPERIENCE’s immersive art gallery?

Please be aware that REXPERIENCE features intense visuals, including flashing lights and loud sounds, which may affect those with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions. 

Viewer discretion is advised.

Can I re-enter the venue after exiting to REXPERIENCE hall?

Once you’re inside the REXPERIENCE art gallery, you can stay for an hour based on your reserved visiting time. However, re-entry is not allowed.

What should I do if the purchase confirmation email was not delivered?

I've bought tickets online for the immersive art exhibition at REXKL but can't arrive on time. What should I do?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your reserved visiting time. Late same-day entries will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
